The National Limousine and Chauffeur Association has issued a Press release concerning PSV licences for small vehicles.

DfT has now published revised Taxi and PHV Licensing: Best Practice Guidance.

Members will have been following with interest the Pink Ladies Case in Warrington where drivers and vehicles were not licensed for Private Hire as the operation claimed to be a "travel club". Warrington BC maintained this was incorrect and in fact illegal.
