The LPHCA in London have now commenced a campaign in advance of the 2012 Olympics. The campaign "Time to Act" is aimed at ensuring countrywide that Events Management Companies and similar businesses only use licensed hire and reward vehicles and drivers to transport their patrons.

Members will have been following with interest the Pink Ladies Case in Warrington where drivers and vehicles were not licensed for Private Hire as the operation claimed to be a "travel club". Warrington BC maintained this was incorrect and in fact illegal.

BTEC level 5 - Diploma in Management Studies 

We have had an overwhelming success with our bespoke Licensing BTECs, but now we are in the advanced stage of planning for the delivery of an eighteen month course for the above diploma starting in November 2010.
