Coalition Gov publishes Structural reform plan
The Structural reform plans set out the top five departmental priorities.

Structural reform plans are the key tool of the coalition government for making departments accountable for the implementation of the reforms set out in the coalition agreement.
The plan includes
+ Consult and develop proposals to overhaul the Licensing Act 2003
+ Develop changes to the criminal records and vetting and barring initiatives
