The Mandatory Code Approved
Following a long debate, the Licensing Act 2003
(Mandatory Licensing Conditions) Order 2010
was approved in Parliament on 15th March 2010.

The Home Office is working on the guidance for licensing authorities.
The Home Office is also looking at guidance for licensees and enforcement agencies.
